Born and raised in the Bay Area, Matt was mentored by his father, who has been a real estate broker and certified general appraiser for over 40 years.

Sloane Joseph’s journey into real estate was deeply inspired by her personal experiences watching her parents lose their home and struggle to find a new one. This pivotal moment instilled in her a profound understanding of the significance and impact of homeownership, motivating her to help others navigate the often-challenging process of buying a home.
Sloane is known for her artistic creativity, dynamic problem-solving abilities, and empathetic approach to client relationships. Her hardworking and enthusiastic nature makes her an ideal partner for clients looking to buy or sell their homes.
Before embarking on her real estate career, Sloane accumulated nine years of management experience, where she was one of only three managers recognized nationally for her outstanding sales and management skills. She holds a Master of Fine Arts from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from San Jose State University.
In addition to her professional achievements, Sloane is an accomplished artist, having won “Best in Show” at the San Mateo County Fair three years in a row and a total of five times. She has also secured first place at the fair an impressive eleven times.
